How To Make Spicy 'Creamy Chicken', See Recipe

Why wait for your mother or wife to eat delicious, when you can easily prepare delicious dishes at home. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of this dish, the name of this dish is 'Spicy Creamy Chicken'. You can eat it with roti and also with rice.

You need to make chicken
One and a half cup finely chopped onions
One and a half cup grilled tomato paste
3 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
Spices include cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaf, turmeric, red chilli powder, musk fenugreek powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt
Oil and ghee

1 kg chicken

Marinate the chicken first… For this, add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli and 1 cup thick curd to the chicken.
Now mix all the ingredients together. After this, keep the chicken in the freeze to marinate for half an hour.
Now put the pan on the other side, in which you have to add 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee.
When the oil is hot, add 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 4 black cardamom and 4 green cardamom.
After this add onion and cook on medium gas till it turns brown.
When onion turns brown, add 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste to it.
Now add 2 teaspoons turmeric, 2 teaspoons red chilli and salt as per taste and mix well.
Now put tomatoes in it and you have to cook by adding coriander powder to the tomatoes.
When the oil comes on top of the spices, understand that the masala is cooked.
Now it is time to add marinated chicken. Which has to be covered and cooked after mixing well.
When the chicken water dries out, you have to add 2 cups of thick curd to it. Apart from this, if you want to keep chicken gravy then add water according to your taste.
Now let the chicken cook with curd.
When the oil comes up, you have to add garam masala and katuri methi to it.
At the end you have to add 1 cup of cream to it.
After just 5 minutes more cooking, your hot spicy creamy chicken is ready.
