How to make Diwali special, make Malpua, learn the method

Malpua are made in
two ways. Sugar syrup and without sugar syrup. Malpasas without sugar syrup are made in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal, while Malpua in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh is eaten only by dipping in sugar syrup. You can make this recipe of Malpu without sugar syrup. It takes 30 minutes to 60 minutes to make Malpua for two to four people.

Ingredients, method of preparation-
First of all, add one cup of flour and half cup of sugar, after which add two tablespoons of coconut oil and one tablespoon of fennel seeds.

Take four cardamoms and grind them well. After this, add about half a cup of milk. You can fry it in ghee or oil as per your convenience.

First heat the milk lightly, then add sugar lentils and leave it. Stir the flour in another vessel till the sugar dissolves completely. After this, add fennel, cardamom powder and coconut powder to the flour and mix.

Now add milk in the flour little by little and make a batter. Do not thicken it too much. If milk seems to be less then you can also add a little water to it.

Put ghee or oil in the pan and keep it at a low speed. When it becomes hot, pour the batter into it and shape it bitterly.

When the color of the pua becomes golden, flip it and fry it from the other side as well. In this way you can easily make Malpu. Which you can serve in front of the guests visiting the house during the festival.
