Congress has treated Ladakh like an honest mother: Kisan Reddy

New Delhi : Ladakh has not received the respect it deserves in the last 60 years. The Congress is deeply involved in the politics of family system and corruption. The group has treated Ladakh like an honest mother for 60 years. Such allegations were made by Minister of State for Home Affairs G. Kisan Reddy.

He said at an event in Lehr Nubra Valley a few days ago that Congress understands nothing but familism. The Congress will not be able to list what Ladakh has got in the last 60 years.

Election of Leh Autonomous Hill Development Council on 22nd October. In that context, he took the Congress by one hand in an election meeting.

Kisan Reddy said the Congress has no right to seek votes in Leh Ladakh. Because they did nothing for this valley. The area has just received the gift of corruption on the part of Congress.

Before the public meeting, the Minister of State visited the Discit Buddha Stupa. Kisan Reddy said that the money given by the Center for the development of Ladakh and Lehr was looted by the Congress.

Meanwhile, the central government revoked the status of Kashmir's special state last year. After the repeal of Article 370 in Kashmir, the Center placed several political leaders under house arrest.

Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah, his son Omar Abdullah, PDP leader and another former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti and many others were placed under house arrest.

The Modi government is keeping a close eye on the political leaders of the valley, fearing unrest. In the last few months, Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and more recently Mehbooba Mufti have been released one by one. Prime Minister Modi said, “Withdrawal of Article 370, the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, was a historic step in the history of the Indian Constitution.

The lifting of this special status has averted a shadow war with our neighbor Pakistan. Withdrawal of this clause will help the people of Jammu and Kashmir to integrate into the Indian mainstream. ”

Referring to the statement, Reddy said the steps taken by the BJP government, the promise made by the people of Ladakh and Lehr to Prime Minister Modi, could not be fulfilled by the Congress government even in 60 years.
