Starting preparations for India's tour of Australia, Pujara-Vihari will leave for the UAE

 Apart from Test specialists Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari, the Indian team's support staff will leave for Dubai next Sunday. The men will travel to Dubai as part of preparations for a tour of Australia. While most of the rest of the players are currently in the UAE to play in the 13th season of the IPL. Head coach Ravi Shastri will join the team on Monday.

Apart from Pujara and Vihari, batting coach Vikram Rathore, bowling coach Bharat Arun and fielding coach R Sridhar are also going to Dubai. When all these people arrive in the UAE, they will have to abide by the rules laid down by the Board of Control for Cricket in India for the IPL. He will have to stay in quarantine for six days in Dubai and undergo regular corona tests.

Test matches will be played in Sydney and Canberra during India's tour of Australia. India have three T20s, three ODIs and four Tests to play in Australia. However, the Indian squad for the tour of Australia has not been announced. According to a report by a cricket website, the selectors do not want to announce the team until it is approved by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. However, the selectors are said to have had a general discussion and the team could be selected next week.

The 13th IPL season is currently being played in the UAE and does not include Pujara and Vihari. Both players will be part of the Test squad for the tour of Australia. The Indian team will travel to Australia with 30 members and the series could be played in a bio-bubble. The IPL will end on November 10. Cricket Australia will announce the schedule after getting approval from the BCCI.
