IPL 2020: Hardik Pandya breaks Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh's record

 Indian cricket team's young batsman Hardik Pandya has left behind Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh. Hardik Pandya played a brilliant innings against Rajasthan Royals on Sunday in the 45th match of IPL 2020 match.

Mumbai team, batting first in this match, scored a strong score of 195 by losing five wickets in 20 overs with the help of Hardik Pandya (60 not out) and Suryakumar Yadav (40). In response, Rajasthan easily managed to win the match on the back of strong innings of Ben Stokes (not out 107) and Sanju Samson (54).

Pandya batted hard in the last over of this match for Mumbai, scoring 60 runs in 21 balls. Hardik Pandya also left batsmen like Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli in a special case during this innings. Yuvraj and Kohli have done the same thing for four sixes in an over in the IPL.

Out of the seven sixes that Pandya hit in Sunday's match, four sixes came in the same over. Pandya hit four sixes in the over of Ankit Rajput who came to Rajasthan for the 18th over. Pandya hit a six off the first, fourth, fifth and last ball of the over.

This is the second time in the IPL when Hardik Pandya hit four sixes in a single over. Pandya added 60 not out off 21 balls with the help of 7 sixes and 2 fours. Pandya was able to score only 8 runs from the initial 9 balls, but he made 52 runs in the next 12 balls. Mumbai will now have their next match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Wednesday, October 28 in Abu Dhabi.
