Kajol, who is fond of eating and drinking, takes full care of her fitness. Kajol lost 18 kg 6 months after delivery.

To lose weight, Kajol has included high fiber, low sugar and healthy fats in her diet.

Kajol's workout routine included yoga, lifts and squats. She used to increase her exercise time by one week each.

She also kept herself away from junk food and fried snacks. She would make something out of fresh fruits and vegetables at home if she wanted to eat something like that.
