Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections: Election campaign of first phase will end from today

 today is the last day of campaigning for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections. Today, veteran leaders of all parties will come out in full swing to campaign. Polling will be held for 71 seats in 16 districts of Bihar in the first phase of voting on October 28. On October 28, the fate of the leaders on these seats will be decided by the EVMs.

In the first phase, votes will be cast at 2204 booths in 1248 buildings of five assembly constituencies. For this, 26 Adarsh ​​booths have been set up, where women will take command on the polling day. Webcasting from 113 polling stations has been arranged in the first phase. For safe, fair, transparent and peaceful voting, 15 Static Surveillance Teams, 15 Flying Squads, 672 patrol cum collection teams will be active.

Arrangements are being made by dividing 203 sectors. Apart from this, personnel of central security forces and local police will be deployed for security. The candidates of the major parties in the first phase are RJD-25, JDU-23, BJP-13, Congress-08, Male-01, Hum-01.

In this sequence, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has targeted the JDU-BJP government by tweeting this morning. Tejaswi wrote in the tweet, "We have made agenda of public awareness burning issues by rising above non-legitimate, caste and religion." Bihar is then showing the country how to vote on thematic issues.
