Punjab shut for 3 days from today in protest against the farmers bill

New Delhi:
Opposition MPs protested over the recently passed Kisan Bill. In such a situation, anger has now spread among farmers in Haryana and Punjab. Farmers of both states have started creating a ruckus against the bill. Bharat Bandh has been announced today in Punjab and Haryana to protest against this bill.

In Punjab, the routes of many trains have either been diverted, or they have been canceled. In fact, with the call for Bharat bandh, the farmers of Punjab have announced to stop the train between 24 September and 26 September, due to which the route of these trains has been changed.

Not only this, many trains have also been canceled. Farmers have announced a statewide bandh on 25 September i.e. Friday. Due to this, the Ferozepur Railway Division has canceled 14 trains. After this, farmers have called for an indefinite strike from October 1. In the rural areas of Amritsar, the farmers and all their families, including children and old people, sat on the nearest railway track in the morning itself.

The farmers while talking to the media said, "The government does not want to talk to us farmers." If we do not accept these laws then they cannot be enforced on the ground. We will keep on fighting; This battle can last 2, 5 or 10 years. The government should not think that the farmers and laborers of the country will accept these bills. Let the farmers warn that their agitation will intensify if the government does not withdraw these bills passed by voice in the midst of unexpected uproar.

The farmers of Punjab and Haryana, the major producing states of paddy and wheat in the country, are opposing these bills. Let the state government and administration also make full preparations for the bandh. The police-administration has been told to adopt a soft attitude towards the farmers. Farmer leaders are also appealing for a peaceful demonstration. Medical facility is also on alert from the administration. It has been asked to take special care that people should not have any problem due to the demonstration.
