Bollywood actress Payal Ghosh has accused Anurag of 'raping' her seven years ago. A few days ago, Payal released a video and made shocking allegations against Anurag. On Monday, Payal Ghosh held a joint press conference with Republican Party of India president Ramdas Athavale and demanded the arrest of Anurag Kashyap. "Payal Ghosh has filed an application with the governor seeking security for himself and the arrest of Anurag Kashyap. Eight days after he lodged a police complaint, no action has been taken against Anurag Kashyap," said Ramdas Athavale.
Ramdas Athaval and Payal Ghosh met Mumbai Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Vishwas Patil to take action against Anurag Kashyap. In addition, the Governor of Maharashtra B.S. Koshiyari was also given an application form.
