A Dalit girl who was brutally beaten in Hathras, UP, has lost her battle for life. Naradhamo cut out his tongue after the gangrape. His spine was broken. She remained unconscious for a week after the incident. The teenager was taken to AIIMS Delhi on Monday after her condition deteriorated. He breathed his last at about 4 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Medical examination revealed that Naradhamo had broken his spine after gangrape with the girl. Police had registered an FIR in the case alleging molestation. A doctor's examination confirmed the gangrape after the young woman came to her senses on September 21. The victim said after coming to her senses that the accused had cut out her tongue so that she could not tell anyone about the incident.

14, four domineering youths gangraped a 19-year-old Dalit girl in a millet field in a village in Thapa Chandpa area of Hathras. The police were negligent in this matter. A young man was taken into custody on a charge of molestation without registering a complaint of rape. A case was registered against him under section 307 (attempted murder).

incident, the victim came to his senses and showed the whole giving to his relatives. Hathras police arrested three youths after a medical examination of the victim confirmed the gangrape. One more accused was later arrested.
