BREAKING: Decision on Babri Masjid demolition after 28 years, all accused acquitted


New Delhi: The
 decision in the Babri Masjid demolition case came on Wednesday. On December 6, 1992, a special CBI court gave the verdict after 28 years in the criminal case of demolishing the disputed structure in Ayodhya. All the accused in this criminal case have been acquitted.

While delivering the verdict in the Babri demolition case, Judge SK Yadav said that there is no evidence against VHP leader Ashok Singhal. The verdict states that the evidence given in photos, videos, photocopies does not prove anything from them.

In this way, the special court while giving the verdict acquitted 32 accused including LK Advani, former BJP President and former Union Minister Murali Manohar Joshi, former UP Chief Minister Kalyan Singh, MP's former Chief Minister Uma Bharti, senior BJP leader Vinay Katiyar. Have given.

The court has held that there was no concrete evidence against the allegations leveled by the CBI. The court considered that some chaotic elements had carried out this task.

Explain that a total of 49 people were accused in the Babri demolition case. Of these, 17 have died. The verdict was to come on the remaining 32 accused. Among those accused were 32 accused, including senior BJP leaders LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi, former UP Chief Minister Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar.

All the accused were summoned today by Special CBI Judge SK Yadav to pronounce the verdict in the case. In delivering the verdict, the judge said that the incident was not pre-planned. All the accused were acquitted after 28 years. The court has clearly stated that the incident happened suddenly. In this case, all the accused are acquitted.
