 Railways have decided to run 80 passenger trains from 12 September. For this, ticket booking will start from the 10th. Giving this information, Railway Board Chairman VK Yadav said that these trains will be run in addition to the 230 trains already running.

Rail service has been suspended for a long time due to Corona infection. The Ministry of Railways had earlier introduced several labor special train services as well as IRCTC special train services. Currently, passenger trains are canceled due to Corona. At present, 230 special trains are running in the country.

In view of the festivals, the railway was planning to run special trains. The main festivals like Dussehra, Diwali and Chhathpuja are about to arrive. During this time the crowd of travelers increases considerably. At present, Railways will run a total of 80 special trains of 40 pairs ie.

Railway Board Chairman VK Yadav said that the trains will be operated under surveillance. It will be noted where demand for trains is high. Trains will be run at the request of state governments for trials or for any purpose.

During this time, passengers will have to follow the rules. It is mandatory to wear masks during railway travel. Passengers must arrive at the station at least 90 minutes in advance. Only those who do not have symptoms of corona will be allowed to travel in trains.
